Respectful, Detailed, Accurate, Friendly
I was in outstanding health---prior to Covid--felt permanent ageless 35 at factual 59 years old.Early Oct. 2019, at airport, in returning from a graduate student conference, I got severe Covid and had no idea how much my life and my health would exponentially change. I met a myriad of doctors--throughout California: really good ones--or else the worst. Absolute key to communicate, simple straightforward with professionals. Absolute key to note--if they are tooo busy or only appearing to listen. I am so thankful my journey has stopped--at Dr. Jain's office. She wants every concern I have addressed and we are doing that.

Holds your prescriptions hostage and I'm talking about insulin and blood pressure medicine stuff that you have to take. Worst Doctor EVER. All they want to do is build your insurance two office visits

ONLY WANTS TO BILL YOUR INS! Insists you make appt's monthly. She holds your med's hostage until your appt and if you need them the next month you better have an appt or you wont get them. I've never had a dr force me to come in monthly when I'm completely healthy. She told my family member with terrible anxiety she shouldn't take medication for it and she wasn't going to prescribe anything. She told her next panic attack to remember to breath instead. Beyond angry...worst dr ever!!!
