Dr. Albert pulled a tooth for me. Made it so easy. I didn't even realize he had already pulled it when he was finished. I never felt the novocaine and I never felt the tooth being pulled. I didn't even realize that he had pulled it, when he said I was all set. He is amazing. I have always felt the novocaine shot with other dentists, but not with Dr. Albert. I told him he should have a neon sign telling people how well he administers novocaine. That is very important to me, and, I believe, to everyone.

Dr Alberts treatment of patients leaves EVERYTHING to be desired! His attitude was completely offensive! I’m a 47 yr old woman who has multiple illnesses some serious. When I went to York Hospital they said my jawbone was infected & cracked.. when I told him he immediately dismissed it... my jaw had been locking open/shut & dislocating due to severe TMJ & again he dismissed me! When I said I was that it was FRACTURED he said “Are you saying I broke your jaw?” (Quite angrily) Not OK
