A Very Good Experience!
I went to Merrimack Valley Oral Surgery for extraction of a cracked molar. It was my first time having a tooth extracted in 40 years (after wisdom teeth!). Dr. Keyser and his nurse Stacey made the experience SO easy and comfortable. I choose the full anesthesia and did not feel a thing. Had the best sleep in a very long time! They were kind and thorough, explaining the process and providing excellent follow-up care instructions. Dr. Keyser called to check on me the next day and reassured me that the swelling I was experiencing was normal and what to expect over the next few days. I would definitely go back there for any other oral surgery needs.

A superstar dentist and office. Forever grateful to them for taking me on very short notice. He came in on his day off due to my emergency and removed my wisdom teeth. Felt no pain following the procedure and he even called me to follow up and make sure I was doing ok. Everyone in his office was so sweet and kind, especially seeing I was not in greatest mood due to my pain. Their explanations covered everything I needed to know both pre and post surgery. Front desk employees were awesome and very organized. The system they use to remind patients of their appointments helps busy people like myself so much. All in all I would highly recommend Dr. Keyser to any of my closest friends and family members and I am really speaking from the heart.

Dr. Keyser, and the whole staff at Greater Philadelphia Oral Surgery, are top notch. Dr. Keyser is an excellent surgeon. He extracted my wisdom tooth along with a dentigerous cyst, which makes for a tricky surgery. It's been a day now and I'm still on the mend, but I feel really good. Dr. Keyser takes the time for his patients. He calmly explains the conditions and expected side effects, and cares about the outcomes. Let's face it, needing surgery is not fun. But I am very glad that I am in his care. I cannot imagine this extraction having gone any better. I highly recommend Dr. Keyser and his team. Thank you for all you do!

Dr Keyser performed a tooth extraction. This was my first appointment with Dr Keyser & I found him to be a competent, knowledgeable, & caring oral surgeon. Made you feel at home, answering all questions & never made you feel rushed along. Also found the office staff to be accommodating from the first call & throughout. As was his dental assistant, who also spent time explaining & answering questions. An overall pleasant experience considering it was oral surgery. ??

Absolutely. Was sent to Dr. Keyser by my dentist for multiple extractions. Was amazing, practically painless, within allocated time. While sedated, Dr Keyser conferred with my dentist to pull ten teeth instead of 11. I really like Doctors who don't do what they don't believe is needed - very caring.

Exceptional. A true smooth operator during surgery. Impeccable technique. Confident and very knowledgeable. Great chair side manners. I knew I was in good hands. I had an extraction performed on a compromised root canal molar. I had ZERO discomfort. Even as I write this review 3 hours later. Highly recommended! 5 stars.

I was very nervous about having a tooth extracted and Dr. Keyser was patient and understanding which put me at ease. The extraction was a breeze (I had laughing gas so my anxiety wasn’t an issue) and he made sure I knew if I had any issues to call the office. I had some pain a few days after and he saw me right away. Turns out I had food in the site, he removed it and I’ve had zero pain since. I will definitely use him again.

I went in for wisdom teeth removal and Dr. Keyser was diligent in explaining the xray, exploring options with me and seamlessly extracted the teeth. He also followed up to make sure I was doing alright.

I am totally nervous when in the dental chair. Dr. Keyser had started to numb the area and I did not realize it. I had to ask if he was starting to prepare my mouth and he told me he had already started to numb the area. I will return if necessary and will tell family and friends about him. Very gentle and friendly. Later in the afternoon, I received a follow up call. This really was a surprise. Very appreciative.

I highly recommend Dr Keyser. No one wants to go to the Oral Surgeon, but if you must, this is the place. The dentist, explained everything he was going to do, I did not feel the extraction of my wisdom tooth, the staff was polite and very professional. Everyone followed strict Covid Regulations. We cracked a few jokes. He topped it off by calling me in the evening.
