Avoid this woman
If I could give her zero stars, I would. When I first went to see her, she was quite dismissive, and it was evident she wasn't interested in helping me. I had a list of medications that I was taking and she just keyed them in and didn't even look at them. She referred me to a special GI doctor that wasn't affiliated with ARC. (When I scheduled the appointment, I thought SHE was a specialist.) After I told her what I was taking that was over the counter that did nothing, she offered no short-term solutions or prescriptions for me to get through until I could see the next specialist. I truly felt that she just wanted to get me out of there so she could get to her next patient. On February 14, 2025, I sent her a message through the patient portal. I was in agony and seeking some relief. I received a message back from her TEN DAYS LATER and once again, I got the impression she was blowing me off.
