Friendly, but unresponsive & chronically late
Dr. Pyda was friendly enough, but every appointment I had with her she was very late to, she failed to respond to email messages in a timely manner, gave unclear answers and guidance, and overall failed to be helpful or responsive to my health concerns. Overall, I found the quality of care provided by her to be unacceptable.
