Dr Diggs has been controlling my diabetes and overall health for many years and has done an outstanding job for me and my wife. Dr Diggs always explains her diagnoses in depth and does not hesitate to recommend tests or further treatment when needed. She is very easy to converse with and keeps you at ease. In addition, she is highly respected by her peers in the medical community.

I’ve been seeing Dr Diggs as my promary care doc for about 10 years and love her. She is thorough, smart, and kind. She takes time to listen. It’s nice that now there is in-house blood draw, so I don’t have to go out for routine labs. I will be honest, the office isn’t “modern” in terms of online patient portals, and you have to call and talk to her asst to make an appointment etc — but SHE is wonderful and worth the small hassle.

I called four separate times to make an appointment. FOUR. I wasn't asking for open heart surgery. I literally wanted my name written down in a computer. The first time I called, a harried-sounding lady said she'd take down my info and have someone call me back. Um...isn't that what this number is for? An appointment line? Shock! No one called me back. I call back again. The phone line has a message that the mailbox is full and hangs up. I did this multiple times. Next day, same thing.

Dr. Diggs is an extraordinary person and doctor. She really cares about her patients, and take time with them. She moved last year to a new location, and there has been some trouble getting in touch, but that is apart from what an amazing doctor she is. I highly recommend her to all. You will not regret having her on your team!

Dr. Diggs takes time with her patients and really listens. She has given excellent advice in a way that is respectful bu honest. Her referrals are excellent. Her administrative support is not as strong as she is, but is well intentioned.

I should not have to call the practice 3-4 times to schedule a first appointment. What if this was an emergency? Also, why do I not get a call back each time I leave a voicemail? Completely unprofessional and they must not want business! On to the next.

Seeing her for 3 years, every time the average waiting time is over one hour even had scheduled appointments months ahead. She might be thinking her time is golden (making money), patient's time is "dirt". Don't like it ? You have 2 options, either continue to wait for another hour or reschedule, hell no !!

Dr. Diggs was such a wonderful, patient centered doctor for my aging mom. She had more FOLLOW THROUGH than any doctor we have worked with in many years. She always took the time to talk with my 86 year old mom and to answer any questions and concerns she had with her beginnings of dementia. If doctor Diggs was closer to my home I would change to her as my primary physician, not questions asked. She is truly in the practice to help her patients and unusual to find a doctor like this anymore.

I started seeing Dr. Diggs in 2012, and everything seemed fine. During 2015 however, things declined. She did not respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Seems to have checked out. Ratings below are based on when I was seeing her on a regular basis, not in 2015. Although she came highly recommended, I would not recommend her now.

Made an apptmt in Aug , 1st available Oct 30 2015. Office manager called week before apptmt and canceled it because Dr. Diggs was moving to a new office. I was told she would call me in three weeks to reschedule. Dr Diggs moved 1st week of Dec. It is now Dec.30th, I have called a left numerous messages to reschedule and even went to her new office to schedule an apptmt to be told that the office manager was not in and they didn't know when she would be in. Days have gone by and no phone call.
