It’s really hard to get a hold of scheduling to make appointments lately

I am glad to have Dr Ho as my doctor. I consider myself a special needs patient, I deal with health issues due to a near fatal accident that left me disabled. I would be a challenge for any doctor. She has been a good doctor for me for almost 10 years now.

I have never seen a doctor's office that is so unprofessional, unkind, and unwilling to accept responsibility for their mistakes.Some people are just in it for the wrong reasons. It must be wonderful to screen all your calls, gathering notes from patients to give them a sense that the provider's concern for them.Calling the office, playing phone tag, and having to leave a message for a call-back that may take up to 24 hours or not at all is annoying. Then, for a tiny office that probably sees no more than 20 patients each day, your office takes a two-hour lunch break. Her bad attitude and professionalism are reflected in her team. If you don't lead by example, your entire office and staff will think it's OK to treat patients the way you do. As a physician, you should have known better. For the sake of the patients' safety, if you're burnt out from the pandemic maybe you should stop seeing patients. Vanessa Ho is a rude medical professional who only helps those she wants to help.

All calls went to call center which is ridiculous. She was over an hour late on my appointment that made me late for work.

We are Kasperski family in Fontana and I've been with her almost 4 years now and she is beyond call of duty, so you have to wait maybe 30 minutes to see her don't gripe ,she has a patient needs more attention . she bends backwards for her patients and calls them even at night if she has concerns, if she doesn't call you back rite away she is extremely bust but she will call even if its late in evening .don't gripe if you have to Waite a while sometimes good doctors are hard to find.

I have been a patient for 7years an I’m very grateful to have found Dr Vanessa Ho. She is a exceptional person, she is always there for me and anything I’m in need she answers all my questions an concerns always reply to my email an her qualities are extremely good. She is a professional in all she that’s, her office is a very welcoming and Sonia one off her many receptionist is very helpful alway busy but with a amazing attitude towards the people she helps, she is great at her job. I also have to said Ban or Ben her medical assistant is a amazing person who is always willing to go the extra miles to get me the information I need. I truly thrust and appreciate all their hard work. My daughter is also one off their patients.

Never answers the phone or return calls. I have called 4 times in 3 weeks during business hours and all I ever get is their answering service. They take a message every time but I never get a call back.

I have had Dr. Ho for over 10 years. She is great!

Dr Ho and her staff are awesome, always caring and respectful. Love this place.

Dr. Ho is the best Doctor I have ever had in 40 years. She moved from La Quinta, CA, but if you are fortunate enough to have her as your Doctor, I would highly recommend her. I miss her expertise and knowledge.

Dr. Ho is a very good doctor. I trust her with my entire family (all 7 of us).

She is the best doctor I've had through IEHP. She listens to and remembers you, and actually checks your files when you come into the office. She is very helpful and respectful. I would definitely recommend her
