Dr. Amiksha Patel, MD

made me feel comfortable to discuss my history of health problems, she did not look at her watch even once, appreciated her understanding and medical advice. I wish I had consulted her several years earlier.

Please do that come here, safe yourself the trip! I came in for a follow up appointment on a cyst, and she didn't even ask to see it, i had to ask her to examine me because i didn't want to get infected. She said 'show me' but she didn't provide me with a something to cover myself from my waste down, i also had to ask her for one. She 'examined me' by looking from far. After that she told me that i needed to stop going to the ER, and i explain to her that i was in a lot of pain and unable to walk due the area being swollen and the receptionists wouldn't give me an appointment until next week. She ended up leaving the room when i was getting up to get dress and was talking to me with the door open. So inconsiderate! An any other place the doctors walks out for you to get undressed. But she didn't not, and even worse was not providing me with a disposable sheet to cover myself. I've had many other bad experiences with her but this is the last because im definitely changing doctors.

She was rude and insulting. No bedside manner at all. A horrible human being who passes her own judgement on her patients instead of treating their issues. Beware. Zero stars!

I have never encountered such an awful human being. Complete disregard to all patients, she does not care about them. It is very obvious she comes in to do a job and then goes home. She has no passion for the well being of people. You should show more empathy and care in a field that’s already full of people who do care. She does not give reason behind prescription and she can’t be bothered to. not care. Been with her for years it’s always been the same thing. Will NEVER be going Back. BEWARE

Absolute horrible doctor, Rude and a coward! Calls you fat, not overweight, every visit. Doesn't care about your illness/problem but only about how you need to lose weight, her opinions on drug companies, and people in general. Bedside manner is lousy....22 years? How? I only stayed at that office out of loyalty to my doctor who retired. She was great! Patel? Stay away!

You could be a couple mints late and they will still see you.

I find Dr Patel to be a caring and thoughtful doctor. She listens to your concerns, and if you've read or heard about a new treatment, she is willing to discuss it with you.
