Dr. Minnal has been extremely skilled at treating my Glaucoma for over 5 years. She is flawless in her abilities with surgery , procedures and all stages of my Glaucoma. Stint implants regulated my eye pressure, with no longer needing pressure drops . This was done at the same time as my cataract surgery, and all was a success. She has also done a Lazer procedure. with complete success , and outstanding professionalism, and always gentle care. Her staff reflects the same level of excellence.

I’m very disappointed in Horizon Eye Cotswold. I was a patient of Minnal for a couple of years, until her ego was more important than my health. I had an appointment with Minnal about a month ago, I was in the waiting room for almost 1.5 hours without seeing her or anyone telling me how longer it was going to take. I had to leave and go back to work. Apparently, Minnal was offended by my action and has refused to see me ever since. Minnal has put in high risk my eyes health since I have not been checked for my eye’s glaucoma pressure because she refuses to see me anymore. She just dropped me as her patient. My vision is getting worse, but she doesn't care. I have called several times to request an appointment, but no one has returned my calls or acknowledged my request via the patient’s portal. It’s very unfortunate that Mineral's ego plays a more important role than her concern for my health.

I have been a glaucoma patient of Dr Minnal for over five years and I trust her diagnostic and treatment decisions. The doctor has performed serval operations/procedures on my eyes all with excellent results and zero complications. Yes the wait times can be annoying, but I overlook that as the excellent eye care the doctor delivers is so much more important.

I had cataract surgery back at the end of November with outstanding results! But only for my Cataracs removed but Dr. Minnal help restore my vision to 20–20! Outstanding bedside manner and care!!

She’s has a cordial personality a bit wooden , however some of her staff are unprofessional i at times , however she has some great staff too.clinically she’s alright in general services however in a complicated glaucoma management I would consider other choices other than her/ Horizon , they need more veteran experience in their glaucoma sub specialty
