Dr. Umpai Tedrow, DO

Very nice and caring. Explains things thoroughly.

I went into see Dr. Tedrow on a first visit. I was asked why I didn’t go get my own x ray done without an order . You must have an order to have any x ray. My last visit I asked if it was posting get a MRI after another doctor felt n seen lumps near my spine she acted as if she didn’t believe me and she finally asked me the patient what I wanted her to do. Did not answer my portal question that sat there for over a week.Told me my high absolute lymphocyte test was normal . Dr. Tedrow doesn’t care about quality of care she’s more concerned with leaving the room. Where is quality of care! As patients we have a right to be heard and properly cared for, we don’t deserve to be cut off when ask why we’re here because you don’t know why we’re here if we don’t tell you. I definitely would not recommend this doctor.
