Has little knowledge of how Kaiser works
I could not get Dr. Pandey to answer an email. This is common with Kaiser doctors, though Kaiser promises they will be answered within 48 hours. No one any patient can contact has the authority to force the doctors to answer their emails. This doctor refused to renew several of my urgent medications, like insulin. He would not answer an email so I could find out why. How has no knowledge of how the mail order pharmacy works. He is dismissive. He basically has no knowledge of what is available to patients.
