Kristy is extremely knowledgeable, caring, professional and patient. Her staff is caring and kind. I was well informed and instructions were clear and concise. I would highly recommend Kristy and staff!!

I was a little apprehensive on my first visit as I was told by a previous Dr she may have to cut into the wound!! She Did Not. She was AMAZING! She explained why it wasn't healing. Instructed me on how to care for it. Follow up visits to see progress. Very Concerned, Kind, Caring, Great bedside manners. It took a several weeks, but it did completely heal! I would Highly recommend her and would definitely see her again IF I ever had another issue. The staff that worked with her were also Fantastic.

During the time of meeting nurses for my appointments, I noticed one who I thought was more involved with the healing process. I was very emotional and enthused about the healing process and would point things out to her. One day while I was in her office showing her all the new flesh that that developed, she said that the three little bones that had laid on a thin sheet of skin from surgery when I was six years old were completely covered by new flesh. I felt like crying, I still do. I wanted to hug her because of her interest in my leg and told me what she saw. I wasnt just a 'leg wound ' but a woman who had an injury that needed care. At some time, she told me she was moving and I asked her if she would be there for me, and she said' ''yes. i wIll be there for you. My spirit soared. I felt love and well cared for with this nurse. She restored my faith tn the healing process. I'm talking about Kristie Sang.

Kristy provided exceptional care in treating a very “ugly” wound on my forearm that required special care. She provided very thorough information on how I should be caring for the wound at home in between appointments. She was compassionate and took special care to address my concerns. I am very grateful for her time and attention during our visits that resulted in the best outcome.

Kristy was very thorough in her explanations. She set expectations for upcoming surgery and recovery.

I have been working with Kristy for two separate wounds since August 2023. The care I have received has been extremely thorough with Kristy explaining every move she has made and answering every question I have had. From the front desk to the back office her staff has been a joy to work with…they have been a great reflection of her leadership. I will definitely be recommending Kristy Sang to friends and family for any needed wound care. I also will keep her on speed dial for my future wound care needs.

After my HIP Replacement on April 12th, 2023, my wound had a staph infection, and I was referred to Kristy. She was excellent. she supplied me with all the supplies. along with good written instructions and within weeks the infection was gone and my wound was completely. healed.
