Very concerned for patients that go to this Dr.
I am shocked that Dr Chaganti is practicing medicine. I sincerely believes she is lazy and extremely unprofessional. I am a breast cancer survivor, two years in she still did not even know. She does not read charts I have a new Dr now. Please believe me when I tell you stay away I can’t believe Mercy employs her.

Dr Chaganti is very knowledgeable in the medical field. After seeing her I always find relieve to my physical worries. She prescribes the type of medication that helps me feel better and under the generic label costing less. Sometimes, just by placing a phone call I’ve been helped to alíviate or cure me from whatever ailment I am suffering. I appreciate that very much. Thank you Dr. Chaganti for your wonderful services. I will always recommend you to anybody who asked me for a good medical practitioner. ????????

I was originally a patient of Doctor Ungar prior to his retirement and was assigned to her upon his retirement. I was always concern about of her level of care as a doctor ,but i doubted my feelings until now. she does a poor job of listening to your concerns and only wants to prescribe medication. During my last few annual physical she didn't spend anytime physically examining me. if i don't push she doesn't check. I'm frustrated with the level of service from her. I'm leaving her practice, I need a doctor that cares.

Good solid doctor. He manner is a bit reticent, but I don't have an issue with that. She takes good care of me and answers my questions (although I am prepared with them when I go in). Overall I have had a positive experience with Dr. Chaganti.

This doctor doesn't really take you serious. You have to push to get a referral to a specialist. She doesn't try to help you fix any issues you have and instead just tries to recommend medications for everything. I've had a chronic cough for 10 years - she's my first PCP as an adult - and she still haven't taken my cough seriously. My cough recently caused me to have a bad hernia, and now I'm come to realize how much harder I should have pushed her. I'm switching. Avoid her.

I saw this doctor for the first time and I was extremely disappointed. She has no empathy, she is distant and appears uncaring, she does not answer questions, but defers them, and she doesn't read charts because she knew nothing about me. She seemed more interested in my education than my health. Her back was to me 90% of my visit.
