Dr DeSilva has been my dr since 2010-ish. Currently he treats me for neck and spine issues-pain from an earlier neck surgery in 2008. Sadly most doctors give you a pill and send you on your way, not this man. Dr DeSilva has gotten to understand the reasons behind the pain and treats accordingly. We have had many conversations about pain control and management that includes everything from at home remedies to acupuncture, and to medication control. He(DeSilva) isn’t afraid to ask the uncomfortable questions when he feels it is warranted, and to be a friend when he knows things are not well at home. I would recommend Dr Udaya DeSilva to anyone(and I have), but as he (DeSilva) looks out for his patients, I m sure his patients look out for him.

The nurses were amazing giving their attention to me throughout my entire procedure. Dr. DeSilva paid me a short visit, asking if I was doing ok, reassured me it was nothing to the upcoming procedure. My first injections ever, pretty nervous, then the nurse woke me up and time to go home. Having the procedure was a piece of cake!

Kind staff very patient and understanding.

His front waiting area is very clean and so is his back waiting area. The operating room is very organized and you can visibly see that all the instruments and machines have been cleaned and sterilized. All of the nurses are very helpful and caring. They even make sure you make it back to your car safely.

The entire staff did their best to make an uncomfortable procedure as comfortable as possible. From start to finish I felt like I was in good hands with the entire team.

The entire staff from the one who checked me in to the one that wheeled me out to my car was fantastic. This was my first time with RF Ablation, simple and easy (on my part). I trust Dr. DeSilva totally with my pain management treatments. I was told to take it easy the next day, but I definitely feel a tremendous improvement in my lower back, maybe later I'll roll some boulders uphill, all kidding aside, I feel awesome!!! Thanks to everyone at the pain clinic.
