After multiple spine surgeries, I had no viable surgical options left. Pain managment seemed the only option. Dr Heng said nerve ablation might help, but I first had to have 2 epidurals. Medicare required it, he said, which is true. Each injection provided relief, so he proceeded to the ablation. I suggested that he look at my latest 'film,' and I sent it to him. From what he later said, I inferred he never viewed it. He proceeded with the procedure anyway.I got 6 days of relief. Total. Two more than with each epidural. When I told him this, he said more lasting effects often took 2 weeks; he'd check back in a month. He never did. I called him. His suggestion? Try again.By then, Medicare was billed nearly $20,000 (though the payout was far less). I wasn't about to ding it again for treatment that failed. When I didn't want to repeat a treatment that hadn't worked, he had no other suggestions, not even to analyze the film, in case it revealed new options.

Two successful procedures with Dr. Heng
I had two successful procedures with Dr. Heng, a PRP and steroid injection about 6 months apart. Both Procedures helped a great deal, pain and discomfort to my buldging disc have subsided almost completely. The staff is on point, Dr. Heng is a great guy and Doctor. Highly reccomended.
