Advise you find a different doctor & Dr's office.
Dr. Patel is never available and always have to see another doctor or nurse practitioner. My son had severe back pain and made an appointment, but was late and Dr. Patel said to reschedule. The office staff made so many excuses and said it was their policy. I wanted to talk with the doctor, but office staff said it would be possible, even though I said I would wait. I was extremely upset, because they said the doctor was behind schedule (even though they wouldn't admit my son), which seems they would have saved 15 minutes and able to help other patients. I thought doctors were supposed to take care of patients. The office woman wouldn't give her name, though I gave mine and when I said I would hold or call back, she said "well, it is 5pm and we are closed, so you will have to call back tomorrow". Time to find a doctor who cares! He may be a good doctor, but I really wouldn't know....have only seen him once in about 10 years, plus I heard he was going to retire.

Im a elderly woman and the office people are ok but the nurses that are suppose to get back to you never do,Dr.Petal also doesn’t tell you about all the test you have had done,I would rather go to a veterinary clinic

No for the main reason the office people no including Kelly doesn’t know what the hell they are doing,also Dr.Petal is not nearly as helpful as he used to be,find another Dr.don’t waste your time

Looking for a new primary medical Dr in my neck of the woods for we have been with Dr.Tushar Petal in Lowell for 35 years,during the last 8 years their has been lots of disappointment with his staff and much with the Dr. himself,so if you have one please let me know,

My visit was always wonderful with Dr. Patel...he exhibited much compassion and would take the time to actually listen to you. I never felt rushed. Many people I know also had him as their Physician. I wish I still had him but I moved to Florida 7 years ago and miss his manner and care. He would remember me I believe. That’s great a Physician he is. Pam (Antonelli) Dupras- Kelly....

Went to see him for many years. He was fine until I developed anxiety and could not sleep. Then he couldn’t be bothered with returning calls or seeing me. This caused me more anxiety. I left the practice after this experience.
