Totally missed a diagnosis, and treated me like I was bothering him in the extreme. I went in with known kidney stones that had become symptomatic, and was told to "go see a gynecologist." The next day I was in the ER for an emergency surgery to remove those kidney stones that had become lodged and impacted in my ureter and the neck of the bladder. This guy did not even bother to take an x-ray to see if the stones had moved. I was treated like the proverbial "hysterical female." This doctor is dangerous; he could have cost me permanent damage to my kidneys and scarring in the neck of the bladder. Medicine 101 : grade for Dr. Malcom: F.

Dr Malcom performed a vasectomy on me. The entire process was handled professionally and went very smoothly. I had no issues with anything regarding the procedure and would recommend him to others.

I arrived 10 minutes early to my appt as instructed and 20 after my scheduled appt time I am told that Dr. Malcom is running 30 min late because he is at the hospital putting a catheter in a patient. Then another 30 min later I am told he will be at least another hour. 10 min after that my appt is canceled and rescheduled for two days later. I took off work for that appt and then had to take off two days later. At my appt I was rushed out the door with out any tests run and no solution offered.
