Dr. Brett Jepson, MD

The practice is horrible in how they treat patients. They canceled my appointment said they would call back, and they never did. It took me three days of leaving messages because they don't answer the phone, and they don't answer the call me back messages. The doctors even Dr. Jepson are nice but the people you have to go through to get an appointment are horrible even rude.

Great! I was having problems with urinary retention, enlarged prostate, etc. that had my physical health going in a downward spiral. I was getting nowhere before finding Dr Jepson with having a treatment plan and doctors that were genuinely engaged in my problems and trying to me to a better place. Enter Dr. Jepson and his team at CSUA. They went out of their way to accommodate me and scheduled time to assess and treat me. I had a cystoscopy, imaging and a biopsy as diagnostic tests, followed by button TURP procedure. These were all done in a timely and professional manner. I felt that I received the type of treatment that I wanted (caring, attentive, timely) and that my life is back on track currently thanks to the treatment I received from Dr. Jepson, Joana, and the rest of the team. So appreciative!

Never did see Dr. Jepson. Heard that he's a good doctor. Was given to JoAnn Jones,NP. Her procedure on me was no less than brutal. Left bruises bigger than my hand & permanent scar. Asked the pharmacy for a refill on prescription. Ten days later, pharmacy called me to advise that they had been ignored. Don't know when I need follow up apointment. They're too busy. I got a different Dr.

Highly recommend Dr. Jepson. Very easy to talk to and ask questions. Clearly explains everything. Takes whatever time is necessary with me.

Although he attended my husband at the beginning of his visits, he was handed over to other people and never saw Dr. Jepson again. We explained to the attending physician that my husband was in pain and urinating or trying to 20 or more times a day (he kept records) and she said that they could take care of that problem and come back in a month. In less than a month my husband was dead. Cancer.

I wanted to leave a review for Belinda Dr. Jepson’s MA. All of my experience with her has been splendid. She’s very caring, professional, and what a sense of humor. She is a tremendous asset to the practice.

Plenty of visits since I moved to Pueblo CO from Iowa, carrying with me a recent prostate cancer diagnosis. Dr. Jepson clearly explained my treatment options from which my wife & I chose surgery. Dr. Jepson performed the surgery flawlessly via robotic technology. He's met with me on numerous post-op visits to his office. He is consistently patient and responsive. His office staff is courteous and efficient. I am eternally indebted to him for his great work.

It has been close to five years that I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Jepson to assist me with my cancer issues. If not for Dr. Jepson and his wonderful staff, I'm not sure that I would be here writing this!!..This is one incredible dedicated Urologist. Not only has he taken great care of my health but he takes the time to insure that you're comfortable with all of the medical procedures required to defeat this disease. His warm demeanor and professionalism are clearly the best. If you want the best in Urology then look no further than the best..Dr. Brett Jepson!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Jepson. He was awesome every step of the way. He really put me at ease about my surgery. The surgery went well. He takes his time to get it right. I had very little discomfort after surgery and recovered quickly. I would highly recommend Dr Jepson to any of my friends or family without any hesitation.

This jerk lied to me repeatedly. I wouldn't let this guy rooter my toilet much less touch me. He can not be trusted. The office staff is also incredibly rude and couldn't care less about the patient, only the money. They do not return calls and do not help the patient stay informed.

Dr. Jepson certainly provided me with excellent medical care, always explained things carefully and completely, and has always taken however much time was needed to explain things or to satisfy my concerns. I have never felt rushed.

Very knowledgable. He found cancer in my kidney and got me right in and removed all of it. When I decided to go and see him I mentioned his name to my other doctors and everyone said I couldn't have picked a better surgeon.

Excellent doctor. I love his bedside manner and I actually enjoy going to my appointments. He removed my prostate and works with my two oncologists to ensure that nothing gets missed in my treatment. Dr. Jepson came across as confident enough to put me at ease before surgery . Everything was well explained to know what to expect before and after surgery. I have not had any issues and the follow up exam went well. From my experience I would highly recommend Dr. Jepson to anyone

Since coming to Urological Associates I continue to improve. Dr’s Cohn and Jepson are very caring and considerate. They make you feel at home especially during vulnerable times.
