Do not let this woman operate on you. Does not listen to patient's concerns. Always rushed. Terrible post surgical follow up; they just tell you to go to the ER. No care or concern whatsoever for her patients. If you are reading this and you need a hysterectomy or other surgical procedure, please go elsewhere. I don't want anyone to have to go through what happened to me. My experience was / is life changing in the worst way.

She was surprisingly understanding of my trauma response and didn't make me feel less than for breaking down during the exam. Though it's really close to gaslighting when a patient says "it hurts" and the doctor and assistant counter with "it's just pressure". It's NOT pressure, it's PAIN. Stop minimalizing it please.

For my daughter I had a different OB and I struggled with every visit I had with her because she was always so negative with me. I'm thankful that I didn't feel this way with my first visit with this office and care provider.

Not impressed
I went to Dr Pachiano looking for an alternative to a hysterectomy since I had a fibroid. I was surprised when she told me that my fibroid was so large that she would need to cut me vertically in order to remove the fibroid. I asked if there were alternatives and she said UFE wouldn’t work on a fibroid my size (8cm). I left feeling a bit annoyed and like I wasted my time and money. I kept researching and found two other procedures called Sonata and Acessa… both of these are minimally invasive. After researching more about UFE, I discovered that it does work for large fibroids as well. She seems like a nice doctor but maybe not as well informed on newer technologies. If you’re looking for hysterectomy alternatives, I would find a different GYN.

First off I'm 33 with one child and have a healthy uterus..Dr .P disturb me for the second time meeting with her, she seems very insensitive to any concerns and although I request certain test she rushed through and doesnt acknowledge your past records...just an overall bad experience and in search of a new Gyn that will conduct another pap and test results..considering her office did charges for unnecessary treatment and care ..

I have sent so many people to Dr Pachiano. She saved my life. Literally. My other gun was ignoring my very bad symptoms. She had me scheduled to come in immediately having never seen me before. I ended up having a biopsy in a few days and found out I had uterine cancer at the age of 27 (this was 18 years ago). Since then she’s followed up on me and when it came back she did my hysterectomy with no complications. She’s done a few surgeries on me and always perfect. She truly cares.

Dr.P is the most caring doctor I have ever met, and I am a nurse. She cares about you not only health wise but as a person. She has seen me through 2 high risk pregnancies and 2 miscarriages. I have cried in the office before and she has given me the biggest hugs. Her surgical skills are also AMAZING. I’m 5 months pp from a c section and my incison has almost disappeared already. I cannot say enough good about her. I honestly love this woman for all she has done for me. Thank you Dr.P.
