Great Doctor
Dr. Austin took the time to explain in detail everything pertaining to my reason for seeing him. He is kind and reassuring in his explanations. He also did not keep me waiting long after my arrival, he is a nice doctor.

Visit for anemia and dropping H & H without cause.
Met with Dr. Austen who identified possible causes but recognized no iron studies were done. He ordered the blood work and found I had a critical low amount of iron, that my body was not absorbing it as it should. An iron infusion was ordered and completed, now we are just waiting the four weeks to see how my labs look at that time. Thankful to Dr. Austen for recognizing the problem, knowing if he hadn't, I would be in significant trouble.

Knowledgeable, compassionate, respectful
I meet with Dr Austin and Judy Phillips on multiple occasions they always put the patient first. Their attention to detail and caring interest during treatments was astounding, always searching for the best medical care for the patient.
