I was hopeful for my rhinoplasty with Dr. Shaw knowing that he is a surgeon and ENT but came out with a crooked nose and breathing issues- neither of which I had before the surgery. I knew that there was a chance I would not be happy with the results but did not expect to look objectively worse as a result of the surgery. I recommend you go elsewhere if you are considering him unless you want to throw thousands of dollars down the toilet only to have new insecurities.

Evidently they don’t care about getting new patients. I have registered online twice to be contacted and have left a message at the office and no one has returned my calls. If they treat potential patients like this how do they treat actual patients??

I went to Dr. Shaw’s office for lip fillers last year and had a pretty underwhelming experience. I just went to a different office and it was so much better it made me want to let others know. At Dr. Shaw’s my lips were so uneven, they stuck me soo many times and for my final appointment they called me the day before to cancel (even though I had taken off work to come!). They lose their PA’s pretty regularly it seems like so have inconsistent work.

It's hard to put into words how negatively the treatment I received from Dr. Shaw has affected my life. Please don't let him use TCA cross on you. He used it on me to treat some scars and was left with a much worse scar. Recommended procedures to fix the area were not offered at a reduced price. I've been depressed for over a year because of the treatment I received. Walking into the doors of this practice was one of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life.

Dr. Shaw as well as the staff in his office are so personable and professional. I don't think I have ever met a physician with a better bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients. He loves what he does and it shows. I went to Dr. Shaw after a traumatic experience and I am so thankful I did. I can't imagine being in better hands.
