Best PCP in town
Dr. Tran has been my PCP for approximately two years. She also cares for my husband. She provides outstanding services and I can’t recommend her enough! She is amazing with her understandings of western and eastern approaches to medicine. We really appreciate her straightforward approach to care.

she’s been great to me
I have been a patient for several years. She has always been helpful and attentive to my needs as a patient. She is a very good doctor and does listen to what you say. I love that I am in and out of her office and she doesn’t waste time on meaningless conversation. Love her as a Doc

Disinterested
My experience with Dr. Tran led me to find another Primery Care Provider. I was having digestive issues and rather than listen to my symptoms or do any tests, she gave me a prescription and showed me the door. Another time she didn't respond to phone calls. I got worse and had to go the ER to get some attention

Those that are commenting about Dr. Tran have probably not seen her for long and have not gotten to know her personality. She was the first health professional that suspected something going on in my brain as a result of migraines and twinkling lights in my right eye. Last year she requested an MRI with contrast but my insurance only allowed for the MRI without. This year while going to a fertility clinic they ran a full battery of tests and saw that I had high prolactin levels. So, the endocrinologist that I am seeing now referred me for MRI with contrast as a result of Hyperprolactinemia. I recently received the results and there is a small tumor in my pituitary gland in which they will investigate. She is intuitive and was the first to suspect something based on my symptomology. She actually listened to my complaints and took them to view my being overall. Do not let these negative comments derail you from seeing her!

Dr. Tran has terrible bedside manners, does not care about your well-being, and openly mocks patients for asking questions by insulting their intelligence. I just got back from an appointment with her where I asked if a lack of hunger is a normal symptom of my medication and her response was,"In your case that's not such a bad thing, it's just too bad you're not allegic to gluetin". I'm appalled by how rude this woman is, and pray for anyone who developed an eating disorder because of her.

This doctor’s idea of practicing medicine is to sit at her damn computer, type your symptoms into a program that will then spit out what is wrong. Never once listening to your heart or breathing or ENT. A child is as effective! Save yourself money and go to Urgent Care!

Dr Tran has changed alot in the last year. She has become too busy to listen and no longer cares about her patients. I have been leaving voicemail amd urgent message for over a week and half and have not had a return call. So dissapointing. I feel its time to move on.

Dr Tran office has different staff every time I go in. They are mostly friendly but can not do simple things like call in a prescription or return a phone call. Dr Tran has horrible bed side manner. She is cold and condescending. She is very smart however and has the makings of a great dr if she spent more time listening to her patients. If you are not a easy case then don't bother seeing her. She will make you feel like your health problems are your fault.

I was one of Dr Tran's very first patients when she moved to the west side of ABQ. I thought she was helpful and knowledgeable on what my diagnosis was. It's horrible not knowing what was wrong with me, it taking almost 2 years to diagnose... She helped me in so many ways. A few years later.. still my dr (very BUSY now) well, UNTIL today that is! She is an awful doctor! She's been prescribing the same prescriptions since my diagnosis. Now she is refusing until I see her again. No compassion!!!!!

Dr. Tran is very untrustworthy. I went to her office for Botox I figured I would go to a MD instead of a med spa as they would know what they are doing. Well, she talked me into more than I really needed then told me in the office that sometimes it just doesn't take and if that is the case I can come back in after 3 week to be retreated. Well, 3 weeks later and no change. I went back in and she said there is change I just need more cause I am old and refused to treat me. By the way I am 36!!!!

Dr. Tran does her own billing and bills incorrectly so when you get a bill 6 months later don't be surprised. The PA also doesn't do a full physical assessment. The front desk person is not very nice or welcoming. I will never return and advise people not to go to this practice.

Very rude, would not listen to my husband. Kept cutting him off mid sentence. Didn't even look at any of the xrays, or MRI's he'd had done. Seemed as if it was a huge inconvenience that we were there. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone that I know. Also she was very nasty to her office staff.
