I was nervous to go to a new Gyno after moving here, let alone during a pandemic, but this was the fastest easiest appointment ever. Staff was friendly and caring. Dr. Hays was so nice and explained everything very thoroughly, listening carefully about any health concerns. I felt completely comfortable and I would absolutely recommend going to her.

I LOVE Dr. Hays and her staff. Yes, there are times you have to wait and while we allll lead very full and busy lives, seeing Dr. Hays is just worth it. If I know I need to be in a big hurry, I try to schedule the first appt. of the day or the first after lunch to avoid waiting if possible. But I am understanding to the fact that she has babies to deliver and sometimes I have to wait. Having complete trust and CARE from a physician is hard to find these days and she never disappoints.

She is AMAZING! As a first time mom, she explains everything so thoroughly and makes me feel so comfortable. Her nurses are also incredible...So understanding, patient and always return phone calls in a timely manner. I visited a few OBGYNs in the Dallas area prior to pregnancy before finding Dr. Hays. Love her!

Dr. Hays is wonderful! I have seen her for over 15 years, she delivered my three children. I drove from Keller to see her because I trusted her expertise, I always felt she was the best option for me and my babies. As far as length of time to be seen and rescheduling mentioned in other reviews, she delivers babies. I would be more concerned about an MD always available because they schedule all their deliveries. I can’t imagine any mom not understanding her need to prioritize moms in labor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hays for many years. I started seeing her for my routine exams and now she has delivered my first baby! I couldn't be happier with my experience. Dr. Hays is always so friendly, comforting and thorough. She has always made me feel like I was her main priority weather I was there just for my routine exam or for my regular pregnancy visits. I would recommend her to everyone!

Best experience with any Dr. I have ever had. She is so easy to talk to, and the entire experience makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I was referred to her from a maternity ward nurse at Baylor so you know she is respected.

She delivered 3 of my 4 babies and was wonderful as an OB; but her lack of care for for as her GYN patients is sad. She doesn't listen to my questions or concerns and she always is running terribly behind schedule. My last three visits have included over an hour waiting in the lobby, and over 20 minutes in the exam room (while wearing a thin paper gown in a cold exam room). I cannot take off a half-day of work for 1 appointment. I will not go back to her. Very poor service.

I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Hays. The first time I wasn't seen until an hour and a half after my appointment time, the second was rescheduled by the office the day of the appointment after I had cleared my schedule to be there, and the next appointment I wasn't seen until over 2 hours after my appointment time. When I expressed my displeasure at this, the response was essentially I'm more important than you. I have nothing bad to say about her doctoring skills, once you finally see her
