i had a Deviated septum and eustachian tube operation a year-and-a-half ago my ear keeps getting infected over and over. My nose hurts and I I am getting no answers. I would never go back here again and suggest that you don't either

I bought hearing aids thru Dr. Zachs office with 5 years of free batteries. I live 30 miles from his office. Originally I would be given several packages of batteries to save the trip to their office. They now will give only one package of batteries and if I want it mailed they charge $4.00. Try finding their location on the internet, It still sends you to Farmington Ave. I am changing doctors to one who has more customer caring.

Please avoid this practice at all cost. Usually not seen by physician. They lie that the appointment is with physician but later will be seen by nurse. They scheduled our appointment with physician but later they said they have only nurse. Very rude staff and big liars. Please look for some trustworthy physicians in the area.

Never saw dr. Zack. His front desk receptionist was the rudest medical person I have ever Met. Ear nose throats doctors. I am lost and my gps tells me I have arrived at my destination. I call the office where I am being told, she has two patients in front of her and I can wait. That’s all I wanted to know was was I close. I was early for my appointment. She then gets on the line and said she was talking to me. I cannot hear. Then I get into the office and and tells me I don’t have medicare

Dr Todd Zachs MD has been my ENT for many years. I fly from Florida to CT as he understands my unusual & complex ENT issues which requires scoping & draining both my ears & sinuses & if needed he does cultures to determine the bacterial (currrent infection type) & promptly puts me on the proper antibiotics. Dr Todd Zachs MD also did my Hearing Aid Implant called BAHA Bone Anchored Hearing Aid by Cochear, which is awesome. My condition, is complex, but he is very patient, listens & understands!

After seeing our pediatrician, contacting 3 ENT's, and a visit to CCMC where they did nothing to help my son, Dr. Zachs not only opened an appointment at the end of his day on the same day we contacted him, he took one look at my son and immediately set about fixing the problem. My son was experiencing severe nosebleeds that nothing helped. Dr. Zachs was kind and reassuring to my son who was very nervous about any treatment. He and his staff are wonderful.
