Dr Nelson is kind, gentle, explains well each condition finds, and attempts to be thorough. The front desk staff has a REAL problem with not liking some peoples' looks and exxagerates to doctors. He says anytime you are treated unsatisifactorily, PLEASE do bring it to MY attention!
