Dr. Hall is excellent. we were very pleased that he had also familiarized himself well with my husbands history from prior treatments on his leg. He had a plan ready to discuss with us at our first visit. The Continuity of care was perfect, reassuring and just what we were hoping for. we are also pleased with his team .

The individual Isabel who answers the phone there Should be dealt with accordingly. Rude, obnoxious and a complete and utter disregard for common courtesy. She clearly hates her job or maybe just hates life in general. If one of my employees addressed one of my customers as she did my wife, I would fire her on the spot then physically boot her out the door. I am actually contemplating a face to face visit myself to show her exactly how I feel about disrespecting my wife. Having people that generally do not care as the "face" of your organization seriously makes me wonder what kind of services you provide as a whole. I plan to dig deep into state records to look myself. I do not appreciate the way your personnel represented you as a company today and I plan to go out of my way to warn others of the trash you have answering your phone.
