The worst experience ever
I went to my husbands appointments twice. Dr Wu did not introduce herself , she did not make eye contact. Her answers were very short , like we were bothering her. She offered medications . He asked about side effects and she snapped”All meds have side effects” not explaining what they are. When my husband decided he wanted to wait on starting meds , she snapped “then you are all set” She never touched him or did a neuro exam. I have been a nurse for over 45 years and I have never seen such poor bedside manner or apathy. Don’t let her take care of you or your family members. You deserve better. Mona Hemeon

Awful. Unprofessional. Rude
This person should not be seeing patients. Very odd, unfriendly uncaring, dismissive, sarcastic . It seems she hates patients. Answered my question with sarcasm like a 15 year old without looking at me. Would not listen to my concerns. I cancelled my last appointment and went back to talk to my primary dr. She was wrong with her diagnosis. Worst visit I've ever had. Very upsetting when you are not feeling well.

All of the 1 star reviews are spot on. I’m very new to having health issues so I wasn’t sure to expect and went into this blind. I’ve had two appointments with Dr. Wu and both have been under 5 minutes. She greets you from the waiting room and immediately leaves you behind to follow her fastly walking to her room. Once sat she’s very disinterested why you’re there and has horrible bedside manner. She doesn’t explain anything and expects you to know what’s going on. I ended up getting a CT & MRI and had to google most of my questions because of how unhelpful she was. When I did ask her a question about my results she shot back with an a long stare and a “what?!?” to follow. I still barely know what’s going on with me & im switching doctors. This clearly isnt just one bad appointment with a patient and it is upsetting to see people in health care act like this.

Worst Experience EVER!
Dr. Wu should not be in patient care. I have no doubt that she is intelligent, but her bedside manner to existing patients do not exist. She stared at the computer, did not open it, asked me names of medications and how much I take ( which if she opened the closed laptop she could have learned). I called the next day to move a different doctor, and she called me back. Unprofessional. Sadly, I have to switch the practice I have come to love after 20 plus years because of her.

Office visit
Dr Wu was a shocking disappointment after seeing Dr Robertson for years. She had her mind made up before I walked in the office and didn’t even know the side effects of the meds I take. A really dangerous person.

Dr. Wu seemed annoyed at our prescence and had very poor bedside manners. When I described my symptoms she had very little to say in response and did not seem to pay much care or try to expand on what I said. There was no compassion and she seemed dismissive about how I felt and then offered very unhelpful advice before quickly exiting the room. If you are looking for a neurologist who cares to make a good patient experience, do not see Dr. Wu.

Easily the Worst Experience With a Doctor
The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Originally, my appointment was cancelled the day before because they said I had "fibromyalgia" which I don't have. After clearing that up, they rescheduled me a few weeks out. Dr. Wu sat down and asked me what my symptoms were. I explained my symptoms, there was a long pause, and then she threw up her hands and said "What else?"... Dr. Wu seemed incredibly annoyed by me and she weirdly kept asking about my job? At the end of the visit (which was 6 minutes long) she told me "You should probably see another neurologists." I just laughed and said "Yeah, I will." If you take your health seriously - do not ever see this doctor.

terrible
dr. wu completely brushed aside my symptoms, and when i told her what i was experiencing, she flat out told me that she disagreed with my symptoms. since they went against her opinion, she did not believe that they were occurring. she had no bedside manner whatsoever and did not care about what i told her. she asked question after question and said little to nothing. all she did was throw medications at me with no explanation and leave.

Does not care
As other patients have mentioned she sat behind her computer without emotion. I was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was bothering her. My visit was maybe 10 minutes. I do not feel like I was heard when expressing concerns. Will not be going back to her.

Unfortunately the worst experience with a doctor
I saw Dr Ting Wu for the first (and last) time in March 2023 when I was referred by my primary to see a neurologist. I have never had such an unpleasant and unproductive experience with a dr. Her bedside manner is nonexistent. I was instantly uncomfortable with her interview questions. She sat emotionless in front of her laptop and asked question after question. She would question my answers and make a comment and then not explain it. I felt that she didn’t believe me or care to understand what I was telling her. Some of my symptoms are very personal and embarrassing, but she showed no emotion or empathy. Everything she asked sounded cold and uncaring. When I asked her questions that she could not answer she was dismissive several times. Her physical exam was minimal, inadequate, and rushed. I don’t doubt that she is intelligent and knowledgeable, but in my opinion she should not be working in patient care.

Dr. Wu was uninterested in exploring all possibilities. Worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. She should be a researcher not a clinician. She is argumentative and dismissive. Do not see her.

Non-communicative and disinterested
I have never left a doctor’s appointment so upset as I did with Dr. Wu. Her bedside manner was horrid. Everything she asked sounded condescending and careless. She seemed disinterested in what I was telling her and could not answer my questions when asked. I felt like a bother, so much so that I even got emotional and cried all over my mask. It was embarrassing and I left completely at a loss.
