Arrogant
Dr. Waterman Refused to prescribe O2 after a PFT showed O2 was needed. 1 week later the patient was admitted to the hospital for exacerbated copd. The patient was released ,after lots of tests, with O2 for home.

So I have a medical history of shoulder and wrist problems which are part of my covered VA disability. I have a medical record that is hundreds of pages long with all of this documented including multiple operations. The doctor I saw last time at the Victory Clinic had already put in a referral to Radiology last time but I didn't have time to come in and get that done. Yet somehow with all that being said Dr. Waterman (who knows NOTHING about my history, pain or family history) decides to not even let Radiology do imaging on my wrist or shoulder because he knows better than me and all the doctors before him? I will be taking this to the very top until Dr. Waterman is told by his superiors to do his job and apologize for wasting my time.
