Friendly doctor
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Thu Nguyen and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with her level of care and professionalism. From the moment I walked into her office, Dr. Nguyen made me feel comfortable and at ease. What really stood out to me about Dr. Nguyen was her kindness and empathy. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with clear explanations and advice that I could easily understand. I felt like she genuinely cared about my health and well being, and that's not something you always find in a doctor these days. Another thing I appreciated about Dr. Nguyen was her willingness to answer all of my questions. She never made me feel like I was wasting her time or asking silly questions. Instead, she took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was comfortable with her recommendations before proceeding with any treatments.

Incompetent doctor
She is either incompetent or lazy, but one thing is sure that she does not care about the patient. She does not understand your concern and gives contradictory messages at every visit. Would absolutely do not recommend.

Dr Nguyen
Dr.Nguyen has really taken the time to help me with my anxiety and figure out life style changes and the right medication that works for me. She is very easy to talk to.

Provided Great Quality of Service
The staff and my doctor’s were friendly and professional in taking care of all of my needs. Dr Nguyen ordered all of the necessary tests and answered all my questions during the visit. Thank you Dr Nguyen and keep up the great work.

Lazy doctor who doesn't care about her patients
She seemed uninterested in performing my physical. She did not ask any questions about my family health history or overall well being. She basically came in and checked the necessary boxes as quickly as possible and left. I was completely disappointed with my experience at MemorialCare Medical Group.
