My entire 'exam' with Dr. Keith lasted literally ONE MINUTE-- He walked into the room at 12:19 PM and left within the same minute! Dr. Keith was completely dismissive of me and my concerns and refused to listen to my medical history. When I asked him why he had not performed a thorough exam, he ripped the otoscope off the wall, shone the light directly at me, and mocked me: "You want me to check your throat?! Here!" He proceeded to rant: "You want a chest x-ray?! Let's do it!" APPALLING.

Not as willing to answer questions as other docs; became defensive and, without answering, belittled a question based on internet research. For bronchitis cough (I've had many), without explanation or clarification, prescribed weaker cough med (dexometh., +unnecessary antihistamine +decongestant, but no expectorant) rather than hydro- or oxi-codone based syrup to treat my complaint of painful cough. Rx named after its antihistamine bromphen (which I previously hadn't seen), so I didn't object.
