Saw Dr Jenkins today. Attempted to discuss ongoing issues. Basically was told to just use the drops he suggested. Attempted to explain they were not helping but apparently he was too busy to listen or care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jenkins for over 2 years at the Fredericksburg Center. Despite the workload he manages to maintain a calm, confident and re-assuring attitude. He is always to the point in answering queries and provides the patient a true honest and realistic feedback on the ailments and the outcome of procedures. The staff at the facility are well trained and professional and appear contended and satisfied with their work.

Terrible emergency room visit. When asked if he could put gloves on he laughed and proceeded not to. When an instrument fell on the floor he was going to continue to use the instrument in my eye without sterilizing it and then sighed after protest and said he needed to wash that before using it again on me. Terrible doctor at the only eye emergency room in the city

I was referred to Dr. Jenkins late on Christmas Eve afternoon for a possible torn retina. The office staff was welcoming and gracious despite the fact that I delayed their being able to leave for the day. Although I had to wait to see Dr. Jenkins for more than an hour, I was grateful to be seen. Dr. Jenkins explained my condition, was reassuring while he did the laser repair, answered my questions, and was clear in giving me follow-up instructions.
