The fact you are at his office waiting a minimum of 3 hours is ridiculous I had and appointment at 8:00 am and the doctor didn’t arrive until 9:00 my time is just as valuable I had to miss work I can’t wait like that!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Biggs for 10 years. He’s very thorough and explains everything with compassion. He’s very friendly and professional. I trust him completely or I wouldn’t have stayed with him for this long. You may have a bit of a wait, but there are many testings going on as well. He’s worth the wait.

Dr. Biggs and his staff made my cataract surgery extremely easy for me. They explained every step of the process thoroughly. They listed 3 different surgical options with their attendant costs without pressuring me one way or the other in the least. The day of surgery (both times) went so smoothly that I doubt my hypertension went any higher than usual. All in all it was tremendously successful. I did refer my sister in law to Dr. Biggs when she encountered some problems with her eye surgeon.

Dr Biggs had zero interest in actually listening to me describe my issues. Several times he told me not to interrupt him and all I was trying to do was explain my history. Had been having episodes of serious pain and he didn't even want to hear about it. Ended up at a different opthamalogist in Novi who was simply amazing. Don't waste your time with Dr. Biggs. He only cares about getting you out of his office in 10 minutes or less and getting your payment.
