When I tried to ask for information and advice, the doctor seemed dismissive and unable to provide clear guidance. This made me feel uncomfortable and unheard.Furthermore, the doctor's communication style was quite rude. She repeatedly interrupted my questions, forcing me to rephrase them multiple times before receiving a direct response. This lack of patience and professionalism was unsettling.Additionally, I was surprised to find that the doctor seemed unfamiliar with the common medications when I inquired about them. As a patient, I expect my healthcare provider to have a solid knowledge base and be able to address my concerns competently.

When I first met her was in 2021. End of June 2023, I sent her a message online with my health concern, she told me that I need to Schedule an Annual Physical exam with her. I waited 3 months for my APE and when I finally have my APE date, she didn't do nothing but to poke my feet only, That's all! I waited so long but the Annual Physical Exam I expected was a failure. She is always on a hurry. And before she left, she told me that she will schedule me for another health concern appointment. And the day came. Again, NOTHING happened because the examiner told me that she think that my doctor did not read your medical history. The test she ordered was wrong. Dr. Vo also mentioned that she will order dental exam for me and I need something for may face (what!!!???) ... These I think is not part of her concerns anymore.

Dr vo spent a lot of time talking with me and had clearly spent quite a while reading my medical records from out of state trying to find a report needed for a referral. She then spent more time writing another email to the recalcitrant clinic to try to get me an appointment. In addition she was charming and intelligent. I liked her very much.

Dr Tho is friendly.Good Doctor to consult.

This doctor apparently rushes patients appointments and doesn’t like to hear off our concerns and health issues. This doctor only considers what she has to say and disagrees with the patient whatsoever. Negligent patient care is this doctor.

1. doesn't really care about your worries and does not put in effort to get an understanding of your overall health 2. told me in a very stuck up attitude "Uh I'm not sure where you heard about this medication from." *Background I wanted to switch birth controls, also I'm a Pharmacist so obviously I know my medications but she refused to hear me out about it. 3. Told me she can prescribe me a different medication but told me the WRONG NAME of the medication compared to what she wrote in my after visit notes. 0/10 if you want quality care and a lasting relationship with your primary care doctor, don't see her
