Dr. Elham Louis, DO

I was asked to get a sleeping test done and completed on time, however, somehow this doctor had never follow up about my result and just delayed until I call them. 2 months later, they said I was spared to check with them—- without anyone really telling me to do so, I’m unsure how that was supposed to happened—- then again they told me they’d pass the information to the CPAP distributor, which 2 months later, I haven’t received the machine or any word from anybody. I’d avoid this office at all cause. She can stay busy. I’m upset and just feel like my time is being wasted here.

She is compassionate and took the time to listen. She’s also very knowledgeable. I appreciated her advice and recommendations. She got me the appropriate referrals I needed quickly.

Very irresponsible office staff. Dr herself cares more for other things than her patient’s health. I had to change my primary doctor at last.
