Unable to reach office by phone/email
I’ve been trying to contact the office for weeks. No response to email and you can’t leave a message. I’ve been a patient for more than 5 years an have never had an issue until recently. I’m just trying to get my medication authorization.

Excellent weight loss practice
Dr. Garza has both an online and a face to face practice; I work with her telehealth program. She has been more remarkably responsive to me than any doctor I have had. She will not do anything unethical and will want to see the numbers before giving a diagnosis. She will also work incredibly hard to find a solution and give you options for your health. I finally have a partner in losing weight and getting healthy.

If i can even give no stars for this office i would have done that!! The office receptionists are AWFUL specially the Frisco location , the lady answers the phone is not helpful at all and so rude I can’t believe how she even got hired for a customer service job!! She called me Inpolite because i wanted to explain my concerns about getting my appointment rescheduled for 3 times !! She makes fun of the patients and laughs at them! Dr Garza has to take an action immediately with these ppl ruining her office when she is not there otherwise she’ll eventually lose all her patients very soon!

I see her for both HRT and weight management. I started 2 years ago and lost the 40lbs the first several months that I needed to lose and have kept it off more or less since. I may fluctuate 5-7lbs around my target weight as to be expected. I tried and tried to do it myself and never could but with their help I finally managed to do it. And I feel great from the weight loss as well as from finding the right balance of hormones. And a big bonus for me is having her giving me the option to give myself my own injections and saving me the time it would take going into the office just to get the shot that a lot of other places require you to do. It took a minute to get used to doing it myself but now it’s a breeze.

I think the people here are phenomenal especially the ladies in the front. Those ladies make coming here a better experience. I know one of their names begins with a “V”. I really hate that I cannot recall their names. I check in with one and one of the ladies takes the payment. Now I have never personally met the doctor, but everyone else is nice.

Today was the worst. I left wet and extremely disappointed. I am in HR and there is a word called "reasonable" but that was not the case today. TODAY, Dallas/Plano area had a bad storm. After waiting a month to get in I decided I would not cancel my appt. Unfortunately, trees were downed and debris was in the street. I drove through the torrential rain, and tried to find the office. I called them because I knew I was late and even shared it with the person on the phone. When I got in, I was soaking wet and so was one of the staff who came in just before me. I told them who I was and that I just called. She asked for paperwork and I explained I was told to complete in office. I heard mumbling then, "you need to reschedule to mid Sept." It's Aug. They turned me away. I was a new NEW PATIENT. Strict policy or not sometimes there are mitigating circumstances. Comments on other sites about this practice and staff share similar experiences as mine.

What a wonderful Doctor and person. DR. Garza has helped me lose 50 lbs in around 3 years. She is always willing to listen and does not get upset with me if I have not done as well as I think I should have.

Dr. Garza has been amazing at helping me manage my weight. At the beginning of 2018, I weighed 160 pounds. It was the heaviest I've ever been. It was very disheartening and depressing for me. With her and her office's help, I've lost over 20 pounds and hope to lose another 20 pounds to get to my 2014 weight. Dr. Garza is very professional, but also empathizes with her patients. She answered all of my questions and concerns, and also made me feel at ease during our appointments together.

I met with Dr. Garza for the first time today she took time to listen to my history and what I was looking to accomplish. She explained to me her practice's process for helping patients reach their goals. Not pushy on products whatsoever which I really appreciated. Looking forward to her and her team's support in my goal.

Absolutely love Dr. Garza , her amazing nurse practitioners and front desk staff. They are always so thorough on explaining everything to me for the best care and results I am wanting. Very educative on what their plan of action is on how and why. Very clean office. I also never have had to wait long like some other Dr offices.

Dr. Garza is amazing. She is really supportive and listens to what is standing in your way of reaching your goals and helps to provide alternatives. I get the same level of care from the NP on staff. They do have a very strict tardiness policy but if you call ahead and let them know you're running late, they can let you know ahead of time if they can fit you in or if you need to reschedule. My advice is to show up early and they usually get you in early.

Honestly, with the limited amt of time I have spent with the doctor, she was always professional thus far, however her front office staff are the worst ever! Makes me not want to go there, twice now a few have been unbearably rude and it’s truly unacceptable and I tried contacting the office manager however never received a call back and that was over a week ago, feel as if I never will either. It’s not enough to have a good doctor, but to have nice staff as they are the office ambassadors.

I started going to Dr. Garza's office last year. I have NEVER met her in person. The only people I have met with are dietitians, and her "unprofessional" rude office staff. I was cancelled out on an appointment I was late 15 minutes late for today, Through no fault of my own and I will NOT be back! I gave the toll folks $5 for absolutely NOTHING along with my time to try to make it on time! .
