Condescending and Rude
He was very rude and hurtful during my last visit. Up until then, I thought he was great. I had no idea how hateful and mean he could be. Don’t even bother with this guy. It’s his way, or no way.

Patient Mistreatment – Feb 10, 2024

Greatest specialist ever!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dassopoulos since he was new to the Dallas area. After years spent with specialists who failed to improve my Crohn’s disease and severe pouchitis, he was the only one able to send me into remission. I trust him now explicitly. I came to him very ill and very discouraged. He truly cares for his patients. I like his direct approach because it is honest and leaves no room for misunderstandings. Now that I feel better, I can even tease him from time to time - which he takes good naturedly.

Dr D is it for GI care
I have been a patient with Dr D for several years. He is caring, kind and compassionate. He runs a tight ship. I won't say everything was perfect during COVID but what was? He has been there for me at my worst and he listens as a person. He is confident but not smug. He is honest but not condescending. With Crohn's there is no quick fix but he will try everything to make you feel better. He is everything I wanted and needed in a doctor.

Great first impression! Welcoming office with Kuerig. Not crowded. The staff was amazing. Wait time was less than 10 min. Dr. studied my case, listened to my story, answered all my questions, and explained game plan for care. Kindness all around.
