Dr. Tekie Debrezion, MD

I had e-mailed Dr. Debrezion regarding tests I had done outside of Kaiser. I had high inflammation around my heart. He suggested an appt in three weeks. I asked if it was possible to order any tests prior that may need to be done to make sure my heart is OK. No response, just told to book the appt. I later followed up via e-mail with the other concerns I had from my tests results. When I saw him, he came into the office saying that I am too much, overworrying, he is the doctor, and will not just order tests. Shocked, I told him I was concerned about my heart results, and the least he could do is let me know it's not serious, and its incredibly unprofessional. I said I am getting a new doctor and he said perfect, with a thumbs up. During our appt he said he would order tests he felt were necessary based on the report I provided a hard copy of, since he never bothered to open my email. So really, our appt wasn't necessary, if he bothered to read my report I sent and care.

this doctor is more about trying to get the appointment over with than helping patients. had a tendency to ignore my concerns and thought he knew my body more than I did. It’s a pain getting proper treatment for medical issues. Didn’t take some important health concerns i had because he thought i was just “worrying too much.” Patients need to be listened to and taken seriously. This doctor does not do that. He even tried to argue with me about what I was feeling and my experience. This isn’t how you treat patients.

this MD may have been in practice for 20 years, but his skill is terrible. He rushes his patients, provides recommendations that do not work (for me) without considering other treatment and will contradict ER physicians on symptomology. Remember, ER physicians must be credentialed to work in an ER. Debrison seems to have stopped learning when he graduated from school. If you made the same mistake I did, run from this quack. He rarely responds to emails, preferring to have one of his less than adequate assistant reply. I guess he is too good to bother actually interfacing with his patients.

seems like a nice guy, but just a good con now that I read my deceased daughter's medical record I can see how his "advise" sent her down the river on continual dangerous medication combinations that could ONLY HARM. I can't believe these people can look at themselves in the mirror doing this to others for a paycheck.
