I am very impressed with Dr. Patel’s compassionate care. I have never met any other doctor who came in on a Saturday to do surgery and then came in again on a Sunday just to see me and make sure I was healing appropriately.

I saw Dr. Patel on an emergency basis because of a sudden blind spot in my eye. Apparently, a medication that I was taking for many years was causing damage to my retina. He took me off that medication and started doing injections and I am back to my normal vision. I am so glad that he caught it!

I am so grateful to Dr. Patel for performing emergency surgery to reattach my retina on New Year’s Eve and for seeing me on New Years Day for follow up. My regular eye doctor was on vacation and I had the good fortune of meeting him for the first time over the holidays. Thank you for saving my eyesight!
