Upper Eyelid Surgery
My eyes were very heavily hooded. My eyelashes were almost completely covered. This experience has been exceptional. I felt completely at ease. Everything was thoroughly explained ahead of time. I experienced no pain or discomfort afterwards. The results are amazing. I feel like I look 15 years younger. My field of vision has also increased. I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Thank you Dr. Fountain, you are the best.

Great Results from Eye Surgeries!
Dr Fountain performed Blepharoplasty on both eyes and Ptosis on my right eye. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results (everyone tells me it’s knocked 10 years off my age!). Dr Fountain was wonderful. She explained everything thoroughly so I was well educated on the procedures and possible outcomes. The surgeries were painless and my recovery was uneventful and relatively quick. I would highly recommend Dr Fountain. She genuinely cares about her patients and is very warm and friendly. The office staff are great too.

Eyelid Surgery
Dr Fountain is excellent. She described the procedure in detail along with pictures of patients before and after. She kept me calm and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. She was quick and efficient. She checked in with me afterwards to make sure I was okay. I went back 4 weeks later so she could check on the scars and take pictures. Dr Fountain is professional, precise and does amazing work. I have received so many compliments and comments on my eyes.

Excellent outcome. Wonderful, caring surgeon.
Dr. Fountain very carefully explained the surgical process and possible outcomes. Had outpatient upper eyelid surgery, stitches removed after a week and was looking good after three weeks. Dr Fountain and her team also checked on me throughout the healing process.Very happy with the results and so enjoyed seeing Dr. Fountain, as she's a wonderful person in addition to being an amazing doctor.

Eyelid Surgery (Ptosis)
Dr. Fountain recently performed ptosis surgery to fix my droopy eyelids. She was highly recommended by my ophthalmologists and my retinologist. So I felt very confident I had chosen the right doctor even before I met her. Besides being a highly qualified and experienced doctor, she is a genuinely down to earth, sincere and nice person. I am so pleased, very happy and extremely satisfied with the result. Dr Fountain explained the surgery and potential outcomes thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. The procedure from start to finish was quick and painless (as promised). The entire office and support staff are professional, friendly and helpful. I felt I was well looked after and cared for from start to finish. I can’t recommend Dr. Fountain highly enough.

Great surgical experience
Dr. Fountain did Ptosis surgery on both of my eyes within the last 6 months. She’s a genius. She was very honest about what results could be obtained and showed me before & after photos of the different types of problems and surgeries available to correct these so I went into this with my eyes wide open. Totally loved that she recommended doing each eye separately so that she could accomplish the best symmetry. Surgery is outpatient, in a relaxed environment and quick. She personally called to check on me and was very responsive when I had an issue later in the week and felt that I needed to be seen. The surgery was successful and my eyes look great. I am a very satisfied patient.

Best doctor I’ve ever had
Dr. Fountain is an excellent physician. I had a ptsosis repair (upper eyelid) surgery with her that went very smoothly. She explained everything clearly and all of my questions were answered. I recovered from the surgery within a few days and had zero issues. I highly recommend Dr. Fountain to anyone who needs an ophthalmologist!

Her surgical skills are superb.
I am 80 years old, and when I looked forward, I found that my view was blocked by the drooping upper eyelid of my left eye. Later I found Dr. Fountain and she told me that she could perform upper eyelid lift surgery to restore my vision.Her surgical skills are superb. Not only did she lift my droopy upper eyelid on my left eye and restore my vision, she also made me look good.

The best medical experience ever
Dr. Fountain did my upper lid blepharoplasty over one year ago. It was an uplifting experience every step of the way. I was happy when I walked out of surgery and one year later, when I look in the mirror every day, I'm so happy! I love the way my eyes look. Dr. Fountain explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and showed me photos of everything I wanted to know and then some. I highly recommended Dr. Fountain and I learned that she teaches all over the world.

The Best!
My upper eyelids were drooping and my peripheral vision was compromised. I asked my regular ophthalmologist for a referral. He recommended Dr. Fountain without reservation, telling me she was the best in the field. He was right. The initial visit was informative and thorough. During the procedure itself Dr. Fountain communicated every step, from what I would experience to what she was doing. The follow-up visit was fine. Her staff is helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Fountain to others, and if I had a further issue I would absolutely return to her.

This is the doctor who should do your eye surgery!
Dr. Fountain is incredibly skilled, thorough, professional and friendly. She had of way of putting me at ease every step of the way. My surgery was performed at Highland Park Hospital. Every person I dealt with raved about her - without being prompted! My results speak for themselves.

Excellent doctor!
My experience with Dr. Fountain was amazing! She is confident, professional and friendly. I immediately felt at ease during my consult to have basal cell carcinoma removed from my lower eye lid. She answered all my questions and gave me options. I chose in clinic surgery and it was a great choice. On surgery day she took a procedure that I was very nervous about and made it relaxing. The post-op instructions were explained well and easy to follow. It was a pleasant surprise that Dr. Fountain called to check on me that evening. I also want to mention that the Surgical scheduler, Nicole went above and beyond my expectations and made the whole experience down to my wait for pathology results a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Fountain and her office to anyone looking to have surgery on or near the eye. Thank you so much for your great work ethic and great results!

Wonderful Doctor
Dr. Fountain is an excellent ophthalmologist and plastic surgeon. She clearly explains the procedures, shows before and after photos of your planned procedure and offers options you may not have thought of. She is a caring and delightful person and her physician's assistant is very responsive and helpful. I could not recommend her more highly!
