Don’t be late not even a minute. They can make you wait for as long as they want but if you’re late it’s over. My mom and I were 1 min late to her appointment and they say “oh sorry, you have to reschedule”! For a minute late. My mom has been very ill, dizzy thyroid and potassium levels all out of wack, not to mention I took time off of work and had to get someone to be with my 3 kids and was turned away for a minute . Cleveland Clinic has never don’t this to me. Oh the best part was hearing them say there was a cancellation but we were unable to schedule the same day! This is why I will never go to UH, and I’m doing everything possible to convince my mother and everyone I can not go to and to leave this hospital and it’s ridiculous rules.

Dr. Tam McLean has been my provider for about the last 8 years. I have never had a physician more understanding and compassionate. She is extremely professional and actually listens to what you have to say. She allows you plenty of time to speak and I’ve never felt rushed with her. She even asks about my family members to see how my personal life is going. She gives you options as to how you would like to manage your healthcare and helps you make a decision that fits you best.

Started off very detail caring and in depth, now just looks for the fastest way to be done with you, unnecessary referrals and no follow up after referrals, and useless prescriptions, instead of providing real treatment plans to assist her patients. Was with her for years and now she seems to have no time for her long time patients who referred numerous patients to her. It’s sad, what happened to actually providing care.

The last visit was not great. My condition became worse and she could mot be reached for 2 days
