I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis for 27 years. In the beginning of my MS journey, I was enjoying my life and felt happier every day. However, muscle pain and leg stiffness attacked me after 20 years. But, I was so grateful I found Dr Talin Evazyan at Keck USC Pain Center. She was so amazing, very professional. She had plans to treat every patients like me. She recommended me to have the intrathecal pain pump treatment which helped alleviate my MS symptoms, muscle stiffness and spasms. She went above and beyond with an extremely pleasant manner. And now, I know she is affiliated with Kaiser and I really miss her. I highly recommend you to see her if you want to find a solution to relieve pain and muscle stiffness. She is the best doctor.

The most compassionate doctor you will ever find.
Dr. Evazyan is the absolute BEST! Don't know who some of these other reviewers may have seen, but they have it wrong. I’ve seen many doctors in my lifetime and not one as caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable as this doctor. She has been the MOST compassionate and patient doctor that I see, and I have to see a LOT of doctors. If you want a doctor that listens to your issues, tries to find a solution for your pain, and helps you as much as possible you should see Dr. Evazyan. I have seen her for at least 5 years, covering many procedures. She has always been so kind and consoling and unrushed. The best.

Dr. Talin Evazyan is arrogant and condescending
In December 2018, Another Keck pain management doctor scheduled for me a ganglion impar block. I suffer a rare condition called Pudendal Neuralgia. It took years to get a diagnosis. The pain is constant and horrible. I asked a friend to accompany me to USC. The staff and anesthesiologist were great. I started crying at one point because I was feeling hopeless about the pain. I had never met Dr. Talin Evazyan. I had only seen her photo. I watched her walk past the foot of my bed with a few staff behind her. She rolled her eyes and said loudly, "catastrophic thinking," and walked away. She never introduced herself to me or explained procedure. She ignored me. Her behavior was shameful.

Dr. Evazyan is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate with her patients. She cares about making sure your needs are met and that your pain is managed in a thoughtful and considerate fashion. I would definitely recommend Dr. Talin Evazyan to anyone in pain who is needing a doctor who truly cares.

The absolute BEST! I don’t know what doctor the other reviewers were referencing. She is the OPPOSITE of arrogant. I’ve seen many doctors in my lifetime and not one as caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable as this doctor. I paid thousands of dollars out of my own pocket to see her when I could go to any doctor. If you want a doctor that listens to your issues, tries to find a solution for your pain, and helps you as much as possible you should see Dr. Evazyan.

I have been with this doctor over a year. She has not done anything to help me. However, without an x-ray, MRI or CT Scan she wanted to do surgery. She refuses to send you to other needed professionals & feels she knows it all. She has access to my pharmaceutical records but swears she ordered me fentanyl in the same month (6/2018). All she needs to do is look online. She is mean, doesn’t listen or apologize. She mixes up your records with what she feels is her memory. Doesn’t care...!!!
