Horrible experience
Dr. Al-Soudi began as an okay doctor, I didn't think that she'd start replying to my messages on MyHealthEVet with this condescending overtone. It used to be genuine answers, like a doctor - and over time I got snippets of shortness like she didn't like me asking her questions. This worsened to her outright IGNORING my health concerns, telling me that unless I need to go to the ER I should make an appointment. As if to say how dare I use MHV. I don't like this doctor. This doctor makes me hope the Aiken CBOC is on the VA's shutdown list so she can't be hostile to any more VA patients.

This is by far the best physician that I've had in or out of the VA. Attentive, accurate, friendly and reactive to my concerns. What more do you want.
