This is the worse Dr. Office I've ever experienced. They are unprofessional from the staff to the doctor. He's uncaring and don't listen. Try to treat you off of how he feels like he's the one experiencing what your going through and don't care about what you want/need or take into consideration what you think may help when it's you body. Just because you have a piece of paper with a signature doesn't make you right. He just want money. His staff is on the same page he on. I've been waiting on a referral from his office over 3 months. Can't get authorizations I need. Don't answer the phones and talk to everyone else besides you when on phone. Just call and listen to they answering set up. Just unprofessional. I wouldn't send my dog to him. Keep telling me he can't do this for my conditions but has never checked a finger nail or heart beat when I've been there. ?? Does he even know if am I alive at this point. Please take yourself and love ones to someone else.

No nurse. Uses receptionist for that.
I like him as a person, but he's not a good Dr. Needs proper equipment and staff.

Dr. Rosales takes care of four generations of our family. He has given each of us great care and knows the health history and needs from my 99 year old Dad to our grandchildren. He is attentive, professional and kind. He goes above and beyond answering all of your questions in a manner you understand. He reassures you and makes you feel better every time you see him. I can not say enough about the consistant sincere care he has given our family for over 20 years????

Dr Rosales is a Godly man and an EXCELLENT Family Dr. My family and I have seen him for years and his door is always open. He is a very KIND and CARING physician. He is most accurate with his assessments and diagnosis. If you're looking for a confident and all around good family Dr, I strongly recommend Dr. Rosales.

Dr Rosales is a poor excuse for a Dr. He prescribed me jenuvia for which the number 1 side effect is pancreatitis which could lead to death. I developed severe abdominal and back pain as well as severe constipation, after two trips to his office requesting to be admitted to hospital he told me to go back to emergency room (for a 4th time). Now today He told me he was faxing a prescription for glucose meter I made a trip to pharmacy only to discover he did NOT fax it.the list goes on

May be a good infection disease but my mother had detmentia and she was on the same medication for 10 years and he didn't change it! It was a fight just to get her in the car to go to the doctar and meal time was a huge battle she thought she had already ate. When I told him he treated me like I wasn't taking care of here! Which is far from the truth! She had detmentia!
