Dr. Zaidi seemed like she could care less about my issues/symptoms, and concerns about my health issues. I didn't see any path forward other than put me back on thyroid medication.

Dr. Zaidi was condescending and disrespectful. She lectured me and interrupted almost every time I tried to ask a question or explain my experiences. I felt as if she had a pre-judgmental, 'textbook' agenda, and could not, or would not, think outside the box. Lastly, she told me NOT to follow-up with her, unless I would agree to her plan of care, exactly, which I thought was extremely dangerous. Do NOT see this provider unless you have no other choice.

Would leave 0 stars
I would leave zero stars but it doesn’t let you. I do not recommend seeing this provider. I felt as though my concerns were completely overlooked. Even though I expressed that after eating I could physically feel my thyroid crushing my throat, the told me nothing was wrong and that I just needed to diet better and exercise more.

No Thank you
Knew my issue was caused by a tumor. Overlooked it because I was "too young" - never told me about it's importance. Wanted to use me as a Guinea pig for other tests to find an issue she already found. (Course I found all this stuff out after my spiral.) Passed me off to her nurse practitioner who just wasn't as knowledgeable. I left her. Ended up in a horrible out of control health spiral 5 years later to which it has taken a year to gain any sort of normalcy. She was not worth much as a doctor. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I felt that Dr. Zaidi was personable and helpful in my diagnosis that my primary care doctor had missed for years. She spend a good amount of time with me and communicated through the portal afterwards. I recommended her to my mother and she likes her as well.

Dr. Zaidi is very personable and conscientious. Although labs are drawn after the visit, there is a quick response by my physician to call and explain all results. She spends an adequate amount of time with me each time and her support staff is exceptional!

My first, second, and last impression is that she did not listen to anything I had to say. I feel that if I am scheduled to see a specialist for a follow up after a procedure that effects labs values; those lab values should be available (drawn prior to the appointment!) at my appointment. There was no purpose in the visit because she had nothing to offer and told me she would let me know what the labs (ordered after the appointment) were in a day or two.

Debbie G in Nashville, TN – May 11, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Zaidi?
My biggest issue with Dr. Zaidi was the lack of follow up with patients. It seems there are very few doctor's left who express genuine interest or care in the health of their patients. I would expect this as the bare minimum in the field of Endocrinology, where doctors deal with patients with chronic, often life long, disease. I received no notice of when to make a follow up 3-6 month appointment nor any follow up regarding if my new medicine regimen was working.
