The WORST
Would give a -9 star if that were an option. I made a virtual follow up appointment that was to be done through zoom to go over the tests the doctor would like to do for my son. Never ever was I told that my 4 year old son was required to attend the zoom meeting. So I confirmed the appointment and was on the call 5 minutes early. The doctor arrives and scolds me immediately because I do not have my son with me. I start to explain this wasn't told to me but he's in school and I will reschedule when he's available but she hung up on me. 5 minutes later the extremely rude receptionist calls me and tells me they've canceled the appointment and will send me my invoice for the cancellation. I begin telling her I'm not canceling but rescheduling because I was not told my son had to attend the meeting but she hangs up on me. I wrote in a nice email explaining the miscommunication and asking to not be charged the cancellation fee and to be given the opportunity to reschedule and I was told nope

Cruelest doctor and office
I tried calling for a year to make an appointment for my son, I left multiple voicemails begging for them to call me back. I called different days, multiple times a day, different times of day & I left so many voicemails to try & schedule. One time I called about 30 times in a row & someone finally answered & said for me to call back from 5-7PM turns out that wasn’t even true. 2 months ago someone actually answered me in the most annoyed voice & finally I was able to schedule an appointment through zoom but they called me a few days before to cancel! They said she will be out of town, why even make an appointment for that day when she is out of town.. Then they said they will have to call me back in order to reschedule& after this they ignored my phone calls for another month & after a month of being cancelled on& ignored I was able to reach them only to be told they will no longer accept my son’s insurance in 3 weeks& I need to find someone else. My son is sick& These people are cruel

WOW WOW WOW DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN!! No Follow Up, No Care, No Concern. Comes to Las Vegas and talks negatively about the patient care in this town and how New York is not like this. WOW she is worse then any doctor I have seen in LAS VEGAS. If you love your child you should find a real genetic doctor even if you have to travel. It's your child we are talking about. HORRIBLE CARE!!

WORST SERVICE – May 28, 2021

This doctor is the most unprofessional, unethical, incompetent and no compassion whatsoever. She mailed my child’s result with no offer of interpretation or explanation for what she was paid for her service. She deserves no star in my opinion. This has happened over a year ago and she still has not contacted me like she said. I still call her office if they could help me get in touch with her. No luck. You’re the worst human being to say the least. I’m not asking for a favor just do your job for what you’re paid for.
