DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! Don't waste your time. You will not be listened and you will be belittled. The doctor was assuming this and that and did not listen to what we had to say. For example, she assumed my mom didn't drink enough water but she didn't even ask her about it. I was talking and she talked over me as if she didn't care what info we need to give. Whatever we said to her went to one ear and went out the next ear. My mom said she doesn't a refill of her regular medicine but Dr. Milliken sent the refill to the pharmacy anyway. I cannot trust my mom with this woman. She would prescribe her random medicine. The most frustrating thing was in the middle of talking, she tried to rush out and said she's 6 mins over. I was so surprised! I've never seen a doctor who cares so little for her patient. I told her we were not late and we were waiting for her. She was late. She didn't apologize and tried to rush out basically telling us we are not important. We were wasting her time.

Cold, judgemental, condescending and critical. Don't trust her. The cure for anything and everything with her is to "lose weight". Plus when I told her that two of our adult children with mental health challenges lived with us during two different times this year and that it was stressful, her flip remark was "well you should just move." That's not exactly the kind of compassion you would want from a doctor. Just awful. Wish 0 stars was a possibility. She kicked me to the curb on one of the worst days of my life.

Couldn't be worse – Dec 29, 2021

I was a patient for several years. About 2 years ago I began developing pain in my shoulder which was similar to the pain I felt 7 years ago in my other shoulder. It required a shoulder replacement. She recommended physical therapy (PT) based on my symptoms and her office exam. No imaging test were performed. Unfortunately due to COVID, I was not able to go for the PT. 18 months later, my shoulder still gave me me pain, now extending down my arm. She did an in-office assessment and diagnosed this to be muscular and again recommended PT. I went to PT for 3 months. This only slightly helped me for some arm movements but my error was in not informing her that I wasn't improving and insisting on imaging but she didn't always listen anyway I moved to Calif. & went back to my prior internist. Upon hearing my symptoms, she ordered imaging and sent me to a specialist. I was diagnosed with severe shoulder arthritis, local tendon damage + other damage. Too bad it wasn't diagnosed sooner.

I would not recommend Dr.Milliken if you are overweight or have ever struggled with an ED. The only thing on the walls in the office was a framed paper sign that tells how many calories it takes to lose a lb. I shouldve walked away then. I saw the DR for complaints of a persistent digestive issue and new but worsening back pain. She advised eating less and pinching my knees together at lunch. I told her I was not there for weight loss advice. She smugly explained that "obesity and alcoholism are the issues that insurance has decided doctors should address this year". No tests were ordered, she did not even look at my back. She DID find the time to tell me, again, that I am fat, while she was reading the results of my bloodwork that were "normal and healthy" for all of the demon fat people diseases she tested for. Its been 3 months. I tried pinching my knees. My back pain is bordering debilitating and can mostly only eat rice, but I'm still fat so I see no point in going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never in my life have I experienced such judgmental condescending disgusting attitude in my life. I came to see this horrible woman when my anxiety was getting out of control she said "now you don't want your son having a mom all doped up because she can't cope do you? Maybe you should read a page from the Bible a day" Religion has no place in a medical office. Shes horrid.

Review based on multiple visits. Dr. Milliken is rude, condescending, and judgmental. She does not listen to patient concerns and is unwilling to discuss or abide by other clinician input. I’ve been receiving treatment for disordered eating for several years now, my previous doctor was great at working with my dietitian and therapist; however Dr Milliken blatantly ignored requests. Instead belittled me and my outpatient disordered eating team for “not being real.”

Dr Milliken was in Randolph and is now in Middleboro. She is the worst doctor I have ever seen. If I could give her a zero rating I would. This was not one visit, my opinion is formed over many visits. I would never recommend her.

I started going to Dr. Milliken in 2012. Right from the beginning I liked her. She was friendly and never failed to listen to me and quickly acted on my concerns. I never had to wait to see her, and if I called with a problem I could usually see her within one or two days. I had complete trust in her. MY prescriptions were always filled in a timely manner. She always made me feel comfortable and so did the staff at the office.

Dr. Milliken is very pleasant and I've never had any problems with her. She is definitely frank which is what you need some times. We as patients can go on and on but she gets to the bottom of things and I appreciate that. I feel very comfortable talking to her and I've never left her office feeling like I didn't get the treatment I needed.

After waiting over an hour to be seen and still being told it would be another 15-30 minutes and having my young daughter with me I told the nurse I'd have to reschedule. When the doctor was told she commented very curtly, "well, if that's what you want". No apology. I was appalled. Never an apology for the lack of action or communication about a referral I needed. She takes a "better than thou" attitude when speaking to you, rolls her eyes and doesn't hide her annoyance. I will never go back.

Dr. Milliken does not care about the needs of her patients. She doesn't listen, she's judgemental, she's arrogant and pushy. She holds me hostage and will not fill medication unless you see her every 3 months for the same ongoing needs.
