Excellent doctor and staff

I was referred to Dr Grover for a broken hand. His office staff is wonderful and the treatment he gave was just what I needed. I hope I never have to go back, but if I ever need an orthopedic again that’s where I’ll go.

Wonderful doctor and staff. From the minute i walked in till i left it was a wonderful experience.

This was my second visit with Dr Grover. And I will not be returning. Staff is wonderful the office manner dana is a pleasure to speak with and went above and beyond to help me. Angela helped me with my medication called my insurance company and everything. But Dr Grover isn't the best doctor. He isn't ever nice to the woman who work for him and while in the room with me he answered his phone for his mother at least that is what he called her. After i waited 45 mins in the room. Then took 3 minutes with me and I was so upset how he took no time with me. Never going back

Dr Grover and his staff are excellent. He did a great job on my hand surgery. I highly recommend him.

During Coronavirus, the office staff are welcoming and comforting. Dr Grover is one of the only ortho’s in the area open and servicing patients in office and tele-visits are also offered. I can’t tell you how much my knees appreciate the quality of care and dedication to service him and his staff have for people in pain despite the epidemic happening around us.

He did a great job last year in surgically repairing the broken arm and torn rotator cuff of my elderly mother, who had fallen down the stairs. I, the daughter, found him to be a wonderful doctor to confer with and be advised by. Very impressive and fiine man.

Dr is always late. ALWAYS late never has courtesy for patients waiting in the office. Makes us wait an hour if not more. Also, twice he has mentioned money at the front desk in front the patient and others around. That is the biggest violation of someone’s privacy. Never going back. I highly recommend you stay away

Staff of this doctor is very unorganized and unprofessional. Normal wait time is an hour and 30 minutes.

In my first visit we waited for 3hrs to see the Dr. My appointment was canceled twice both times about 5mint before the appointment time. I was in their parking lot when I received cancellation call both times. Staff is very rude. And I drew for over and hour to get to his office.And I will never ever go back to him.
