Could be better with some work.
Most, I remember is Dr. Patel completely dismissing my concerns with a wave of his hand. My concerns were not even addressed.

Terrible customer service
I called while in traffic to say that I would be late. Coming from 635 and 75 for a 930a appt on a weekday. It had rained that morning. Traffic was terrible. Signed in literally at 946a and was told that O had to be rescheduled because I wasn’t there by 945a. Only one other patient in waiting room! Ridiculous!!!! Looking for another provider.

I bragged about this doctor and seriously thought he was the best at first. Unfortunately right as I was finally getting so much better I was told he could no longer see me because he doesn’t do long term care. No referral or anything, just adios! Very upsetting.
