Dr. Rajni Kalagate, MD

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unprofessional treatment I received from the staff at Dr. Kalagate’s office, which resulted in my abrupt and unjust dismissal as a patient.I have been under Dr. Kalagate’s care for over a year without any prior issues. However, the situation began when my daughter was referred as a new patient. After a month of not hearing back from the office, I called to follow up. I was informed that the referral had been received but had issues. I was told someone would call me back — that call never came. I followed up again and was then told that an insurance referral was required, which I explained was not the case. My insurance does not require referrals, and I have the same coverage for both myself and my daughter, which has never required one during my time as Dr. Kalagate’s patient.The office manager at the time was argumentative and dismissive, despite my calm explanation and offer to have the insurance company confirm our policy.

It’s hard to get an appointment and when I can get an appointment it’s difficult to have any paperwork completed. It should not take pulling teeth and hair to have important things done or to receive any communication on services rendered. I’ve had to get my copay refunded due to this too many times. I’m definitely finding another RA. Would not recommend this particular RA

Dr. Kalagate was extremely attentive during my appointment. She listened and asked questions that made me feel like I was being heard. She also went above and beyond for me while I was working through the incredibly challenging process of getting my insurance to cooperate with the pharmacy to dispense my medication. I highly recommend Dr. Kalagate!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kalagate for over a year. She is very compassionate when it comes to the ongoing saga having Rheumatoid Arthritis. Her staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Kalagate without any reservation.

There was plenty of onsite free parking and the office staff was very courteous and friendly. Dr Kalagate took her time and listened to all my problems and concerns She was very knowledgeable about how to treat my problems.I was very pleased with my visit and will continue to have Dr Kalagate treat my RA

such a relief after visiting this doctor, I have been pain for months and tried all the Google recommendations and then finally decided to go to a real doctor. She gave me the right advice and prescriptions that took my pain away, thank you Dr. Kalagate you're a lifesaver.

I came to Dr Kalagate after dealing with a troubling issue with my hands for some time now that I have been unable to get answers for, she is very sweet, ask tons of questions and very eager to get to the bottom of my problems. I feel with her I am finally getting some answers so I can get some relief soon. I highly recommend her as you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Kalagate is an excellent listener that is very easy to talk to. She was able to diagnose my condition and improve my quality of life. Her nurse Nancy is so sweet. Nancy is well versed in rheumatology and returns calls promptly.

Dr. Kalagate and her staff are wonderful. They are warm, welcoming, and professional. I got results quickly and Dr. Kalagate called me personally to discuss options for treatment. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy and straight forward. The staff members in this office are also wonderful, especially Nancy!
