Personable
I was nervous about finding a new primary as attentive and personable as my primary who was about to retire since my options were slim pickings. I chose Dr. Woo because my daughter really likes her and for good reason. If I need an appointment due to an unexpected illness, I get in right away. Dr. Woo also asks questions that will help her understand the best way to treat you and won’t keep trying medicine after medicine. For instance I had an ear infection and two antibiotics didn’t work so she sent me to an ENT.

She is the BEST
Have been a patient of Dr. Woo’s for 10 years. She is fantastic, spends time with her patients, listens, explains things well and is very thorough. I cannot recommend her enough!!

I brought my 92 year old mother for an emergency room follow-up. I have never been treated with such a lack of empathy I was truly hurt. Are 92 year old people just not worth your time Dr. Woo? I've never had to take care of an elder and was looking for some support or a point in the right direction. I am looking for a new Primary. No one should be an MD if your attitude is that rough.

What visit? I called and left messages twice to get an appointment, but never received a call back. When I finally got through, about a week later, I asked for an appointment as a new patient. The first date they had available was 9 months, yes I said nine, out. SERIOUSLY!?

Dr. Woo has been my primary physician for many years. She is an excellent physician. She has an extensive knowledge of medical issues and is very thorough. She listens to my concerns, answers my questions and gives me the information I need to make good decisions concerning my medical needs. I highly recommend her.
